Player role

You control the Harbinger rather than a custom character. The opening establishes the search for the stolen Ova, which gives the regional progression a shared goal.

The Harbinger remains the link between Shells, weapons, Seals, Tarstones, and route progress. Changing Shell does not create a separate story campaign.

Possessing Shells

Shells are fallen warriors with distinct health, abilities, and upgrade trees. The Harbinger can inhabit them, then develop the chosen Shell through bonding, memories, and Shell Points.

Harros belongs to the early route, while eight other Shells form the permanent roster. Do not confuse a Shell's combat ability with a separate piece of Harbinger lore.

Opening progression

The opening moves from the Prologue to Marrow Keep, then into the wider route network. Beacons, gates, and dungeons turn the Ova objective into local combat and exploration tasks.

The playable premise is covered here, not a complete chronology. Use a named Shell entry or regional route when you need an exact unlock.
