Gorf is there and initially appears unwell.
Early treatment loop
Give him a Weltcap, then rest at any Beacon before returning to advance his dialogue.
Connection to Hilga
After progressing Hilga's quest as far as possible, visit Gorf to obtain a Poisoned Dagger embedded in him.
